Delivery:
Delivery will take approximately 7 to 10 working days. All items can be delivered Monday to Friday, the courier will call you or text you once a delivery date has been confirmed.
Our couriers will contact you directly on the telephone number you provide to schedule a delivery date. Please ensure we have a contact telephone number and email address as failure to supply these may lead to a delay in your shipment. Delivery will be made by our professional dedicated couriers.

We can only carry the delivery to ground floor only, if you need the items to be left in your garden or neighbour, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] .
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Just contact us and we’ll update your details. You can do this at any time up until 48 hours before we dispatch your items for delivery from our UK distribution centre. If your items have already been dispatched, changing your address isn’t usually possible and you may be charged for arranging re-delivery.
Can I receive my delivery at weekends?
No, we currently do not deliver on weekends.
What happens if I am out when the delivery arrives?
The driver will leave a card and chargeable re-delivery will apply. But we can leave your items with a neighbour if a pre-agreement to do so is in place, and please send us an e-mail to [email protected] to state that you are allowed us to leave the items into a safe place.
Can I have a specific time for delivery?
We cannot provide an exact delivery time due to the variances in traffic and destination from our warehouse, the driver will call ahead usually 30 minutes before arrival.
